I was old enough to remember the titles of shows that interested me, but this cartoon had no title card I can remember. It was a really colorful claymation show aimed at babies and preschoolers, I believe. I might be completely misremembering but i vividly remember watching a Batman cartoon or a cartoon including batman. I looked through wikipedia lists of different batman series and synopses of its episodes but i didnt find anything that matched this plot. .
