It's determined by the power of that cartridge. Since the 30 is just a little less powerful than 9mm the guns for it could only be a little smaller. Since SIG uses a combat hold zero for the iron sights, you can't get a full co-witness with the 407K/507K/EPS Carry on the 365 with the stock iron sights. You can barely see the top of the irons with the 407k/507k and manage a center hold zero.
