It needed an oem decomp, cleaning/porting the oiler, a bar oil cap and a little gasket on the air filter cover to seal it up. After those mods it runs great. I have 2 saws. A husky 350 and a 372. The 372 mainly to get anything that the 350 can't because it's much easier on gas and easier to handle.
