The fix is so simple it's worth doing. 1) Add a little material to the backside of the well where the spring connects and equally increase the length of the tip to allow for more travel should recoil cause it to move. 2) Increase the length of the tip on the trigger bar side to allow for more travel for the same reason.Buy a standard P365, and the SAS slide. This lets you try the sights without committing to the gun, should you not like them. As with Paul' above ^^^, it's a whole lot simpler to buy or sell the slide than a whole gun. BTW, the SAS slide has run fine on two P365s; SIG must hold tight tolerances. I've shot 115 and 124 grain ammo in my new P365XL Spectre Comp which , as you know , has a 3.1 inch barrel to work with the slide compensator. Both worked well. I've had a Shield 9mm for about 3 years and a P365 for less than a month. The P365's felt recoil is less, the slide is much easier to rack, it's slightly smaller and lighter, has a better trigger than a stock Shield and it's more accurate in my hands at 7 yards.
